Welcome to Skin & Aesthetic, the private practice of Dr. Kaveh Fattahi in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen. Classic dermatology, aesthetic dermatology and laser medicine are under one roof here – from skin cancer screening and acne therapy to wrinkle treatment.
This combination is a deliberate choice: at our practice, every aesthetic treatment starts with a dermatological assessment. We look at the skin first and then discuss which treatment suits your concern – and which does not.

General Dermatology in Frankfurt
A large part of our work is classic dermatology. This includes skin cancer screening with dermatoscopy and FotoFinder documentation, which records moles and allows them to be compared over time. We treat skin diseases such as acne, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea and warts, investigate allergies in our allergology department with prick, intradermal, patch and blood tests, and treat excessive sweating in our hyperhidrosis clinic. For children there is a dedicated paediatric dermatology service, and we carry out minor procedures on an outpatient basis.
For hair loss, our hair clinic works with TrichoScan diagnostics, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy, mesotherapy and hair fillers. If hair follicles are permanently lost, a hair transplant using the FUE and FIT methods may be an option.
Aesthetic Medicine: Medically Planned
In aesthetic medicine we work with hyaluronic fillers, botulinum toxin and radiofrequency, with HIFU ultrasound and thread lifting, as well as with collagen-stimulating treatments such as Sculptra and Profhilo. In addition, we offer lip contouring, injection lipolysis, non-surgical eyelid lifting with CO2 laser and PlexR, and intimate health treatments. Which treatment makes sense depends on the skin findings – not on trends.
Laser Medicine
Our laser medicine includes permanent hair removal, removal of pigment and age spots, tattoo removal, treatment of couperose and rosacea, spider veins and port-wine stains, surgical and acne scars, stretch marks, nail fungus and keratosis pilaris.
What a Private Practice Means
Skin & Aesthetic is a private practice: we treat privately insured and self-paying patients and charge according to the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ). Aesthetic treatments are generally self-pay services. You will find out what a treatment costs in advance during your consultation – before you decide.
