We rely on the latest Q-switched laser technology to remove tattoos. This allows us to optimally tailor our treatment to your particular tattoo. The laser aims at the dark pigment particles within the skin and destroys them with light pulses. The pigment particles are then absorbed by the body’s own cells and transported away.

Before beginning the treatment, we apply local anaesthetic to the area of the tattoo. Depending on the size of the tattoo, this treatment takes between 15 and 45 minutes. During the treatment, the skin around the tattoo will feel hot and patients sometimes report a burning sensation.

After the first session, you can already see a clear difference in the colour intensity of the tattoo. The number of sessions required depends on the body part, skin colour and the tattoo itself.
